Who We Are
Thread LLC is a construction consulting firm built by operators, not theorists.
Our team has served as executives at multiple rapid-growth construction general contractors in the Twin Cities, overseeing Project Management and Field Operations, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. We’ve built and scaled construction businesses that run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), and we’ve lived the challenges that come with growth, complexity, and change.
We understand construction from both sides of the fence - field and office, craft and leadership.
As family of tradespeople, we also understand that construction is more than projects and profit. Entire families and communities depend on how well this industry functions. That perspective shapes how we partner with our clients, vendors, and trade partners - with respect, accountability, and long-term thinking.
